Treeside Financial, LLC is a Michigan based and licensed mortgage broker and lender with a non traditional business plan focused on originating home loans through a network of professionals in the field. As opposed to some of the "traditional" or "online" mortgage companies, we focus on originating loans through personal relationships and providing a consultative approach to help our clients achieve their financial goals.
Our system is unique in that each REALO agent has a team manager that is involved with every transaction to handle the mortgage specific details to ensure the smoothest possible transaction for the client and the easiest company to work with for the REALO agent. The mortgage specific tasks are completed by the Team Manager and the client interaction tasks are completed by the REALO agent.
We are a mortgage company only, and not a real estate brokerage. We simply hire, train, and coach real estate agents that are looking to stop referring away the business that they create to someone who may or may not reciprocate business back to them. It is a great way to survive the ups and downs of the industry for those professionals dedicated to the real estate business.
